AKL002-12 Overview
Tube package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. 8-TDFN packages are used for safety reasons to protect magnetic switches. In order to perform well, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 9mA. When they work, these switches can output 16mA as their maximum current. There is a limit to 9mA current that can be supplied by these switches. It is necessary to have a 8 pin for the switches to work.
