AD523-02E Overview

An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tube in order to protect it against damage. In order to ensure safety, magnetic switches are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 4.5mA as the maximum current. In operation, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 4.5mA.
