AD506-02E Overview

This Tube package protects the magnetic switch from damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. In order to perform well, magnetic switches can provide a maximum current of 4.5mA. If these switches are operating properly, they can output 20mA as their maximum current. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 4.5mA.
