In order to save space, it is packaged in the TQFP package. This package uses the Tape & Reel packaging method. 48 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines. The device has a 48-pin configuration. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. Supply voltage should never exceed 5.25V. In order to convert analog signals into digital signals, 2 A/D converters are used. At a minimum, the voltage should be kept at 3.135V. It operates with the supply voltage of 3.3V. Often in the process of converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 3 D/A converters. As a safeguard against overheating, the operating temperature is set to a maximum of 70°C.
