This part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. NAND Gate logic governs its operation. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both 8mA 8mA. A 74VHC series product. 14 terminations have been made so far.
